使用本应用即表示您同意遵守本条款。如不同意，请停止使用本应用。
1. 服务内容
本应用提供乐理学习、调音、节拍、伴奏练习以及 AI 辅助识谱和识曲功能。AI 结果可能出现误差，不应替代专业判断。
2. 用户内容
您应确保上传的图片、乐谱和音频具有合法来源与必要授权。您仍保留自己内容的权利，并授权本应用仅在提供识别服务所必需的范围内进行处理。
3. 账号与安全
您应妥善保管账号信息，不得滥用服务、绕过限制或影响其他用户及服务正常运行。
4. 订阅与购买
以下功能属于高级版，需要通过 App Store 订阅后使用：AI 识谱与导入曲谱；完整乐队（贝斯、键盘、打击乐）与全部音色；换调；录音回放；节奏练习和练耳的第 2、3 级；调音器的全部调弦与全音域模式；节拍器自定义拍号。
- 方案：高级版月付、高级版年付，均为自动续订订阅。价格以 App 内购买页面显示为准，按您所在地区 App Store 的货币计价。
- 免费试用：年付方案为符合条件的用户提供 7 天免费试用；试用结束前未取消的，将按年付价格自动扣费。
- 自动续订：订阅会在当前周期结束前 24 小时内自动续订，并通过您的 Apple 账户扣费；如不想续订，请在当前周期结束至少 24 小时前关闭自动续订。
- 管理与取消：可随时在 iPhone「设置 › Apple 账户 › 订阅」中管理或取消，取消后在已付周期结束前仍可使用。删除本应用的账号不会取消 App Store 订阅。
- 退款：由 Apple 按其政策处理，可在 reportaproblem.apple.com 申请。
- 合理使用：为防止滥用，AI 识谱对每个订阅设有每日次数上限（目前为每天 30 次）。
本条款之外，Apple 的标准许可协议（Licensed Application End User License Agreement）同样适用。
5. 知识产权
本应用的软件、界面和原创内容受相关法律保护。未经许可，不得复制、重新分发或用于建立竞争性产品。
6. 服务变更
我们可能改进、调整或停止部分功能，并在重大变化时通过适当方式通知用户。

By using this App you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the App.
1. The Service
The App provides music-theory learning, tuning, metronome, accompaniment practice, and AI-assisted score and song recognition. AI results may contain errors and should not replace professional judgment.
2. User Content
You are responsible for ensuring that the images, scores and audio you upload come from lawful sources with the necessary rights. You retain the rights to your own content and grant the App permission to process it only to the extent required to provide the recognition service.
3. Accounts and Security
Keep your account credentials safe. Do not abuse the service, circumvent its limits, or interfere with other users or the normal operation of the service.
4. Subscriptions and Purchases
The following features are part of Pro and require an App Store subscription: AI chart scanning and chart import; the full band (bass, keys, percussion) and every sound; transpose; practice recording and playback; levels 2 and 3 of rhythm and ear training; all tunings and chromatic mode in the tuner; custom time signatures in the metronome.
- Plans: Pro Monthly and Pro Annual, both auto-renewable subscriptions. Prices are shown on the in-app purchase screen in the currency of your App Store region.
- Free trial: the annual plan includes a 7-day free trial for eligible users. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the annual price is charged automatically.
- Automatic renewal: a subscription renews within the 24 hours before the current period ends and is charged to your Apple Account, unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Managing and cancelling: manage or cancel at any time in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions on your iPhone; after cancelling you keep access until the end of the paid period. Deleting your account in this app does not cancel an App Store subscription.
- Refunds: handled by Apple under its policies; you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Fair use: to prevent abuse, AI chart scanning has a daily limit per subscription (currently 30 scans a day).
Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies in addition to these terms.
5. Intellectual Property
The App's software, interface and original content are protected by applicable law. They may not be copied, redistributed, or used to build a competing product without permission.
6. Changes to the Service
We may improve, adjust or discontinue parts of the service, and will notify users of material changes through appropriate means.

本アプリを使用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。同意いただけない場合は、本アプリの使用を中止してください。
1. サービス内容
本アプリは、楽典学習、チューニング、メトロノーム、伴奏練習、AI による譜面認識・楽曲認識の機能を提供します。AI の結果には誤りが含まれる場合があり、専門的な判断の代わりにはなりません。
2. ユーザーコンテンツ
アップロードする画像・楽譜・音声が適法な出所と必要な権利を有することは、お客様の責任で確認してください。お客様は自らのコンテンツの権利を保持し、本アプリには認識サービスの提供に必要な範囲でのみ処理する許諾を与えるものとします。
3. アカウントとセキュリティ
アカウント情報は適切に管理してください。サービスの濫用、制限の回避、他のユーザーやサービスの正常な運営への妨害は禁止します。
4. サブスクリプションと購入
次の機能は Pro に含まれ、App Store のサブスクリプション登録が必要です：AI 譜面認識と譜面の読み込み、フルバンド（ベース・キーボード・パーカッション）と全音色、移調、録音と再生、リズム練習とイヤートレーニングのレベル2・3、チューナーの全チューニングとクロマチックモード、メトロノームのカスタム拍子。
- プラン：Pro 月額・Pro 年額（いずれも自動更新サブスクリプション）。価格はアプリ内の購入画面の表示に従い、お住まいの地域の App Store の通貨で請求されます。
- 無料トライアル：年額プランは対象のお客様に 7 日間の無料トライアルを提供します。トライアル終了までに解約しない場合、年額料金が自動的に請求されます。
- 自動更新：現在の期間が終わる前の 24 時間以内に自動更新され、Apple アカウントに請求されます。更新しない場合は、現在の期間が終わる 24 時間以上前に自動更新をオフにしてください。
- 管理と解約：iPhone の「設定 › Apple アカウント › サブスクリプション」からいつでも管理・解約できます。解約後も支払い済みの期間の終わりまで利用できます。本アプリのアカウントを削除しても App Store のサブスクリプションは解約されません。
- 返金：Apple のポリシーに基づき Apple が対応します（reportaproblem.apple.com から申請できます）。
- 適正利用：不正利用を防ぐため、AI 譜面認識にはサブスクリプションごとに 1 日の上限があります（現在は 1 日 30 回）。
本規約に加え、Apple の標準使用許諾契約（Licensed Application End User License Agreement）も適用されます。
5. 知的財産権
本アプリのソフトウェア、インターフェース、オリジナルコンテンツは関連法により保護されています。許可なく複製・再配布したり、競合製品の構築に使用したりすることはできません。
6. サービスの変更
当社は機能の一部を改善・調整・終了する場合があり、重要な変更は適切な方法でお知らせします。
