「初心乐理」(以下称"本应用")由 SUPER BASIC MUSIC(以下称"我们")开发和运营。我们尊重并保护您的隐私。本政策说明我们收集哪些信息、如何使用,以及您拥有的权利。本应用不含广告,不接入任何第三方广告或行为跟踪 SDK,也不使用任何统计分析 SDK。
1. 我们收集的信息
账号信息

乐谱图片
- 内容
- 您上传的乐谱照片/图片
- 用途
- 识谱(和弦识别):经我们的服务器转发至 Google Gemini 识别。这是唯一处理乐谱照片的第三方,识别失败时不会改用其他服务
- 存储
- 不在我们的服务器保存;仅在识别过程中即时转发,由上述提供方按各自 API 条款处理
订阅凭证
- 内容
- App Store 签名的订阅交易信息:商品、购买与到期时间、交易编号。不含姓名、Apple 账户或付款信息 —— 付款由 Apple 处理,我们拿不到
- 用途
- 使用 AI 识谱时随请求发送,用于核对订阅是否有效,并按交易编号统计当天的识谱次数(防止滥用)
- 存储
- 交易编号、日期和当天次数保存在我们的服务器(Cloudflare),最长 30 天后删除;不与您的账号关联
录音音频
- 内容
- 您录制的音频片段
- 用途
- 识曲(和弦分析),上传至我们的音频分析服务处理;分析得到的音符/和弦数据(不含原始音频)会发送给 Google Gemini 生成最终结果
- 存储
- 保存于我们的服务器用于生成分析结果,最长 30 天后自动删除;删除账号时立即全部清除
本地数据
- 内容
- 应用设置、本地曲谱、编辑记录
- 用途
- 应用基本功能
- 存储
- 仅保存在您的设备上,不上传
练习记录
- 内容
- 每天的练习时长与日期、每日目标分钟数,以及一个随机生成的安装标识(用于区分您自己的多台设备)
- 用途
- 在您的设备之间同步练习记录与目标;仅在您登录后上传,未登录时全部留在本机
- 存储
- 与您的账号一同保存,删除账号时即被清除
我们不会收集:您的通讯录、位置、设备标识符用于跟踪、浏览历史,也不会将您的数据用于广告或出售给第三方。
账号信息与云端收藏在您的账号存续期间保留,删除账号后即被清除。应用内购买(如未来提供)将完全由 Apple 处理——我们不会收到、也不会存储您的任何支付卡信息。
2. 第三方服务
为实现上述功能,本应用使用以下第三方处理方。它们仅在提供服务所需范围内处理数据,不得将数据用于自身的广告目的:
- Supabase — 账号认证与收藏同步存储
- Cloudflare — 识谱/识曲请求的服务器转发与音频分析处理
- Google Gemini API — 乐谱图像的和弦识别、识曲结果的和声分析
- Apple — App 内订阅的付款与订阅管理(付款信息只在 Apple,我们拿不到)
首次使用识谱或识曲前,应用会说明上述数据处理并征求您的明确同意;未同意不会上传任何内容。您可以在「设置 → AI 数据处理」中随时查看或撤回同意。
3. 跨境数据传输
上述服务商在全球运营基础设施,您的数据可能在您所在国家/地区以外的服务器上传输和处理。无论数据在何处处理,我们都会要求其按照本政策所述的保护标准处理您的数据。
4. 数据安全
所有网络传输均使用 HTTPS 加密。云端数据存储在具备行业标准安全措施的服务商处,并按最小权限原则访问。
5. 您的权利
- 删除账号:在应用内「首页 → 账号菜单 → 注销」可随时永久删除账号,包括云端收藏(含上传的曲谱图片)、头像、个人和弦缓存与音频分析记录。
- 清除本地数据:删除应用即清除全部本地数据。
- 不登录使用:除收藏同步与识曲(音频分析需要账号)外,其余功能无需账号即可使用。
- 撤回 AI 处理同意:「设置 → AI 数据处理」可随时撤回;撤回后再次使用识谱/识曲时会重新征求同意。
6. 儿童隐私
本应用不面向 13 岁以下儿童设计,我们不会有意收集儿童个人信息。如您认为儿童向我们提供了个人信息,请通过下方邮箱联系我们,我们将及时删除。
7. 政策变更
政策更新时,我们将在应用内醒目位置提示,并更新本页顶部的"更新日期"。重大变更将在生效前通知。

Privacy Policy

"Super Basic Music" (the "App") is developed and operated by SUPER BASIC MUSIC ("we", "us"). We respect and protect your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how it is used, and the rights you have. The App contains no ads and integrates no third-party advertising, behavioral-tracking, or analytics SDKs.
1. Information We Collect
Account
- Data
- Email address, display name, avatar (all provided by you)
- Purpose
- Sign-in and syncing favorites across devices
- Storage
- Supabase (cloud), kept for as long as your account exists
Score images
- Data
- Sheet-music photos/images you upload
- Purpose
- Score recognition (chord detection): relayed through our server to Google Gemini. That is the only third party your score photo reaches; if recognition fails, no other service is tried
- Storage
- Not stored on our servers; relayed only during recognition and handled by those providers under their API terms
Subscription receipts
- Data
- App Store-signed subscription transaction data: product, purchase and expiry dates, transaction IDs. No name, Apple Account or payment details. Payments are handled by Apple and never reach us
- Purpose
- Sent with AI scanning requests to check that your subscription is active, and to count that day’s scans per transaction ID (to prevent abuse)
- Storage
- The transaction ID, date and that day’s count are kept on our server (Cloudflare) for up to 30 days, then deleted. Not linked to your account
Audio recordings
- Data
- Audio clips you record
- Purpose
- Song recognition (chord analysis) on our audio-analysis service; the derived note/chord data (never the raw audio) is sent to Google Gemini to produce the final result
- Storage
- Stored on our servers to produce your result, deleted automatically within 30 days; removed immediately if you delete your account
Local data
- Data
- Settings, local scores, edits
- Purpose
- Core app functionality
- Storage
- On your device only; never uploaded
Practice history
- Data
- Daily practice minutes and dates, your daily goal, and a randomly generated install identifier (so your own devices can be told apart)
- Purpose
- Syncing your practice history and goal across your devices; uploaded only while you are signed in — otherwise it stays on the device
- Storage
- Kept with your account and deleted when you delete the account
We do not collect your contacts, location, tracking identifiers, or browsing history, and we never use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
Account data and cloud favorites are kept for as long as your account exists and are removed when you delete it. In-app purchases (if offered in the future) will be handled entirely by Apple — we never receive or store any of your payment card details.
2. Third-Party Services
The App relies on the following processors. Each processes data only to the extent needed to provide its service and may not use it for its own advertising purposes:
- Supabase — account authentication and favorites storage
- Cloudflare — server relay for recognition requests and audio-analysis processing
- Google Gemini API — chord recognition of score images and harmonic analysis of song-recognition results
- Apple — payment and management of in-app subscriptions (payment details stay with Apple; we never receive them)
Before your first use of score or song recognition, the App explains this processing and asks for your explicit consent; nothing is uploaded without it. You can review or withdraw consent at any time under Settings → AI Data Processing.
3. International Data Transfers
These providers operate global infrastructure, so your data may be transferred to and processed on servers outside your country or region. Wherever it is processed, we require that it be protected to the standards described in this policy.
4. Data Security
All network traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Cloud data is stored with providers that maintain industry-standard security measures, and access follows the principle of least privilege.
5. Your Rights
- Delete your account: Home → account menu → Delete Account permanently removes your account at any time, including cloud favorites (uploaded score images included), your avatar, personal chord caches and audio-analysis records.
- Clear local data: uninstalling the App removes all local data.
- Use without an account: everything except favorites sync and song recognition (audio analysis requires an account) works without signing in.
- Withdraw AI consent: Settings → AI Data Processing lets you withdraw at any time; the next use of score/song recognition asks again.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at the address below and we will delete it promptly.
7. Changes to This Policy
We will announce updates prominently in the App and revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced before they take effect.

「初心楽典」(以下「本アプリ」)は、SUPER BASIC MUSIC(以下「当社」)が開発・運営しています。当社はお客様のプライバシーを尊重し保護します。本ポリシーでは、収集する情報、その利用方法、お客様の権利について説明します。本アプリに広告はなく、第三者の広告・行動トラッキング SDK、分析(アナリティクス)SDK も一切組み込んでいません。
1. 収集する情報
アカウント情報

- メールアドレス、表示名、アバター(いずれもお客様が提供)
- 目的
- ログイン、お気に入りの端末間同期
- 保存
- Supabase(クラウド)。アカウントが存続する間保持
楽譜画像
- 内容
- アップロードされた楽譜の写真・画像
- 目的
- 譜面認識(コード検出):当社サーバー経由で Google Gemini に送信。譜面写真が渡る第三者はこれのみで、認識に失敗しても他のサービスは使用しません
- 保存
- 当社サーバーには保存されません。認識時のみ中継し、各提供者の API 規約に基づき処理されます
サブスクリプションの購入情報
- 内容
- App Store が署名したサブスクリプションの取引情報:商品、購入日・有効期限、取引番号。氏名・Apple アカウント・支払い情報は含みません(支払いは Apple が処理し、当社には届きません)
- 目的
- AI 譜面認識のリクエストとともに送信され、サブスクリプションが有効かの確認と、取引番号ごとの当日の認識回数の集計(不正利用防止)に使います
- 保存
- 取引番号・日付・当日の回数を当社サーバー(Cloudflare)に最長 30 日保存し、その後削除します。アカウントとは関連付けません
録音音声
- 内容
- 録音された音声クリップ
- 目的
- 楽曲認識(コード解析)のため音声解析サービスで処理。解析で得られた音符・コードのデータ(元の音声は含まない)は最終結果の生成のため Google Gemini に送信されます
- 保存
- 結果生成のため当社サーバーに保存し、最長30日で自動削除。アカウント削除時は直ちにすべて削除されます
ローカルデータ
- 内容
- 設定、ローカル楽譜、編集履歴
- 目的
- アプリの基本機能
- 保存
- お客様の端末内のみ。アップロードされません
練習記録
- 内容
- 日ごとの練習時間と日付、1 日の目標時間、およびランダムに生成されるインストール識別子(ご自身の複数端末を区別するため)
- 目的
- お客様の端末間で練習記録と目標を同期するため。ログイン中のみアップロードされ、未ログイン時は端末内に留まります
- 保存
- アカウントとともに保存され、アカウント削除時に消去されます
連絡先、位置情報、トラッキング用識別子、閲覧履歴は収集しません。データを広告に利用したり第三者に販売することもありません。
アカウント情報とクラウドのお気に入りは、アカウントが存続する間保持され、アカウント削除時に消去されます。アプリ内課金(将来提供される場合)はすべて Apple が処理します——当社がお客様の支払いカード情報を受け取ったり保存したりすることはありません。
2. 第三者サービス
本アプリは以下の処理事業者を利用しています。各事業者はサービス提供に必要な範囲でのみデータを処理し、自社の広告目的に利用することはできません:
- Supabase — アカウント認証・お気に入りの保存
- Cloudflare — 認識リクエストのサーバー中継・音声解析処理
- Google Gemini API — 楽譜画像のコード認識、楽曲認識結果の和声解析
- Apple — アプリ内サブスクリプションの支払いと管理(支払い情報は Apple のみが保持し、当社には届きません)
譜面認識・楽曲認識を初めて使用する前に、アプリ内で上記のデータ処理を説明し、明示的な同意をお願いします。同意なしにアップロードされることはありません。同意は「設定 → AI データ処理」からいつでも確認・撤回できます。
3. 国外へのデータ移転
上記の事業者はグローバルなインフラを運用しており、お客様のデータはお住まいの国・地域以外のサーバーで転送・処理される場合があります。処理場所を問わず、本ポリシーに定める保護水準でデータを取り扱うことを求めます。
4. データセキュリティ
すべての通信は HTTPS で暗号化されています。クラウドデータは業界標準のセキュリティ対策を備えた事業者に保存され、最小権限の原則に基づいてアクセスされます。
5. お客様の権利
- アカウント削除:ホーム → アカウントメニュー → アカウント削除 で、アカウントをいつでも完全に削除できます。クラウドのお気に入り(アップロードした譜面画像を含む)、アバター、個人のコードキャッシュ、音声解析の記録も削除されます。
- ローカルデータの消去:アプリを削除するとすべてのローカルデータが消去されます。
- ログインなしでの利用:お気に入り同期と楽曲認識(音声解析にはアカウントが必要)を除き、すべての機能はアカウントなしで利用できます。
- AI 同意の撤回:「設定 → AI データ処理」からいつでも撤回できます。撤回後に譜面認識・楽曲認識を使う際は、改めて同意をお願いします。
6. 子どものプライバシー
本アプリは 13 歳未満の子どもを対象としておらず、子どもの個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。子どもが個人情報を提供したと思われる場合は、下記までご連絡ください。速やかに削除します。
7. ポリシーの変更
更新の際はアプリ内で分かりやすくお知らせし、本ページ上部の「更新日」を改定します。重要な変更は発効前に告知します。
